We offer 2 different membership plans. The quarterly option where you are billed separately 4 times a year before each shipment, and the prepay option where you prepay for all 4 boxes for the year and receive around a 10% discount and renews annually.

Yes we do. We offer 2 pre-paid gift card options. You can gift the lucky recipient two boxes or four boxes. All boxes on gift purchases can only go to one recipient. For multiple recipients, purchase all recipients their own separate gift subscriptions.

If you know the exact size and style for the lucky recipient, you can go ahead and sign up for a regular subscription. If you do not know this information, we strongly suggest you purchase one of our gift cards to avoid any shipping surcharges, and so we can keep our prices affordable for everyone. Over a full year you can expect 4 seasonal boxes, each including at least one cozy outfit (top and a bottom) tailored to the season, one pair of cozy socks, one cozy home item and one personal care item.

What is the quality of the items in the box?

Each box is hand picked and uniquely curated with quality and value in mind. We'd equate it to something along the lines of if Nordstroms and Zara had a baby. We make sure to select all natural home and personal care items, and do pay a bit more for quality rather than going with the cheapest options. Please check out our size guide before selecting your size. Cozyfy has its own unique sizing. Since we are a loungewear brand, all outfits are designed to fit a bit looser for maximum comfort. For those that like a tighter fit, size down. Top and bottom sizes can be selected separately. You will have the option to select both a top size and a bottom size at checkout.

The only way to receive the items is to be an exclusive member of our subscription. However, we do often feature other brands for the personal care and home items in our box, who's items are for sale from those companies.

Due to Covid-19, we cannot guarantee delivery dates, but you can always track your shipment. We are following the guidance of global health experts at the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on preventing the spread of COVID-19 virus. We are closely monitoring the information surrounding COVID-19 and will continue to make updates through email and our Instagram. The WHO and CDC have stated that the likelihood of catching the COVID-19 virus by touching cardboard or another shipping container is low, but you can take extra precaution by wiping down all packages and quickly discarding the outer package, and don't forget, wash your hands (happy birthday twice) after opening that outer box.

For the pay as you go membership, you can log into your customer portal anytime and cancel. Yearly plans can be cancelled anytime after all boxes have been received. If for whatever reason you would like to cancel before your year is up, you will be retroactively charged pay as you go prices for the boxes already received and refunded the difference.

Your boxes will arrive 3 months apart from one another automatically. If you would like to change when you receive your box, you can do so in the customer portal.

Shipping is free for standard delivery. For those looking for expedited delivery, you may pay extra at checkout to receive your box faster. That cost will be calculated based on location at checkout.

Orders will ship as soon as orders are placed, and our fulfillment center can get it boxed up. This should be no more than within a couple business days. Once fulfilled, your package will be sent out via standard shipping, which is 3-8 business days. Given the nature of current times, shipping may take a bit longer. You can always stay updated on your shipment with your tracking number.

You will be charged sales tax based on where the item is shipping to and where our company has nexus. Our company has an obligation to collect sales taxes on behalf of the states we have nexus in.

You will receive an e-mail 2 weeks prior to your bill date reminding you to log in to your customer portal and make any changes to your account before your next box ships. This will be the final cutoff date for making any changes to your order.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

If you need to exchange for a different size, please contact us at customerservice@cozyfybox.com, so we can work out the shipping for the size exchange. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, but customer happiness is our goal! If we haven't met your expectations, please contact us so we can make it right. We will have be able to reassess more flexibility in this policy after COVID restrictions have been lifted.

You won’t receive your box. If you miss your shipment, you can log back in to update your card and receive your shipment the next month, as long as your size is still in stock. If you miss your recurring payment date, that will not be guaranteed. Chargebacks will result in a lifetime ban from the Cozyfy subscription.
